It can be incredibly distressing experiencing heavy bleeding and not knowing what to do. Waiting for months to see a specialist clinic is really not an option. The emergency department can be overwhelming and often can only offer ‘patch-up’ care. My clinic addresses these problems and offers quick access to specialist-led care to help control your bleeding.
At our appointment, I will spend time learning about your condition. We will discuss suitable treatment options to help resolve your bleeding as quickly as possible. This may involve medication options or surgery. If surgery is the best option for resolution of your bleeding, you can access surgery privately, self-funded or through the public system (Monash Health and Peninsula Health).
